CLINICAL PROFESSOR, DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS ANALYTICS AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE CENTER
Since joining the University of Florida in 2019 as a Clinical Full Professor in the Business College, Dr. Hoover has directed the Business Analytics Practicum Projects for the Master of Science in Business Analytics degree program, working with over 25 student teams conducting Business Analytics projects with businesses and government organizations. He is the Director of the Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Center at the Warrington College of Business at the University of Florida. He is also the Jack Faricy Professor within the College of Business and serves as the 2023-2024 Faculty Fellow for the University’s Artificial Intelligence Academic Initiative Center (AI2). He is a faculty member on the Graduate Curriculum Committee. Finally, he serves as the Chairperson of the Foresight Advisory Board, which makes strategic decisions for the Journal Foresight, The International Journal of Applied Forecasting.
